This policy covers the werea website and the forms on it. The site may link to other sites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
What we collect
What you give us
The fields you complete in the contact, demo and job application forms: full name, e-mail, phone, company, role, your message, and — for applications — your CV file and any links you share.
What is collected automatically
Your IP address and browser information when you submit a form or record a cookie preference; page views and usage data if you allowed analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request, to schedule a demo session, to assess your application, to keep the site secure, and — if you allowed it — to measure and improve the site. We use it for nothing else.
Cookies
Categories, lifetimes and how to change your preference are in a separate document: the Cookie Policy. In short: strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off; the other three categories run only if you consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Your data is shared only with providers acting as processors, strictly within what the service requires: hosting infrastructure, e-mail delivery, and — with your consent — analytics and map services. These providers process the data only on our instructions and within the scope of their service.
Analytics and map services may hold servers outside Türkiye, which is why they are activated only with your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
- Contact and demo requests: 2 years
- Job applications and CVs: 1 year
- Cookie consent records: 1 year
At the end of the period, records are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Access to the admin panel is protected by a password and two-factor authentication; passwords are stored irreversibly hashed. CVs uploaded through the application form are kept outside any publicly served directory and are delivered only to a signed-in administrator — knowing the file address is not enough to reach it. File type is verified from the file's own content on upload. Administrator sessions are time-limited and failed sign-in attempts are rate-limited.
Children's data
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection through the data subject request form. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
Changes
If this policy is updated, its publication date changes. If our purposes of processing change materially, the cookie consent screen is shown again and your preference is collected afresh.
