You can send requests about your personal data through this form. Your request is answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. Where the action genuinely incurs a cost, a fee set by the supervisory authority may apply.
What you can request
- To learn whether your personal data is processed, and to obtain information if it is
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, at home or abroad
- To have it rectified if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To have it erased or destroyed
- To have rectification, erasure and destruction notified to the third parties it was transferred to
- To object to a result reached solely by automated analysis that works against you
- To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also request restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To let us complete your request
We have to be satisfied that the person asking is the person the data belongs to. So:
- Use your full name and the e-mail address you previously gave us; from a different address we may not be able to match the record.
- Describe the request as precisely as you can: which data, which processing, which date range.
- If your identity is in doubt we may ask for further information. That is to avoid disclosing your data to someone else.
Do not upload identity documents, payment card details or health information to this form. If any of that is genuinely needed, we will request it separately through a secure channel.
How this request is processed
Submitting this form is itself a processing activity: your name, e-mail address, the content of your request and your IP address at the time are recorded. These records are used only to assess your request and to meet our legal obligation, and are kept for the period the law requires.

If your request is refused, the answer is inadequate, or no answer arrives in time, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority within 30 days of learning the answer and in any case within 60 days of your request — or, if you are in the EEA or the UK, to your local supervisory authority.
